We create a roadmap from start to finish. We develop a timeline, outline goals and deliverables then get your approval and feedback, so we can begin development. Finally, you get to approve the deliverables prior to t implementation. We ensure stakeholders have input where needed or desired.
Support & Follow-up
We ensure a thorough implementation plan and support you as you begin to deploy each deliverable. We follow up to ensure success and to keep in touch. We love our relationships with clients! We hope to keep in touch and work together often.

Make Your Own Opportunities
Although this is a cheeky call to action for YOUR business, making my own opportunities is an ever-present theme for my business and life. With a background in math education, I wanted to use my skills to impact a broader spectrum of people. I worked diligently to become an expert in how people learn and changed career paths to instructional design. After working in multiple industries as an individual contributor, my skills started to mesh, and out of that Liam & Hold was created. I firmly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to learning. I worked hard to increase my aptitude in all aspects of learning and development, specifically addressing cognitive load, psychological safety, and empathy in learning. I am here to partner with you and your business to find the best learning solution to meet your business goals, increase revenue, and address gaps while ensuring the solution empowers our audience with a new behavior, skill, or process.
